Do we need a counselor?
Arguing constantly? Getting into power and control struggles? Not being heard? Not talking much at all? Withdrawn? Distant? Cheating?
Yes, you do need a counselor.
Often there are perceptions, beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors that keep us stuck in unsatisfying and unhealthy patterns with people who are close to us. It is difficult and, at times, impossible to see those patterns and to resolve interpersonal conflicts without the teaching and coaching of an experienced counselor.
